The clue in the challenge is esoteric language. When we search this up, we get this Wikipedia talking about esoteric programming languages.

After reading through it, I did some comparison between the syntax of the file and the different esoteric programming languages. The closets and most similar was Malbolge. We can use Malbolge Compiler to get the flag.
